Fig. 2.    SDS/PAGE analysis of rhGAL-1/COS1, oxidized rhGAL-1, and CSGAL-1. Purified recombinant proteins (1 µg) were analyzed by SDS/PAGE on a 15–25% gradient gel in the absence (lanes 5–7) or presence (lanes 2–4) of 20 mM dithiothreitol. The gel was stained with Coomassie Brilliant Blue. Lane 1, molecular size markers (Daiichi); lanes 2 and 5, rhGAL-1/COS1; lanes 3 and 6, oxidized rhGAL-1; lanes 4 and 7, CSGAL-1.
