(A) Purified rhGAL-1/COS1 was digested with trypsin, and the resulting peptides were separated by reverse-phase HPLC. Peptide elution was monitored by measurement of A215. Peaks corresponding to peptides TP-1 to TP-9 are indicated. (B) The tryptic peptide TP-9 was digested with API, and the resulting fragments were also separated by HPLC.
