Logos for Use in PDFs

The CrossMark logo should be included on the PDF version of the article.
While any of these options are acceptable, we encourage you to use a version of the CrossMark logo that contains the click instructions (“click for updates”) so that users will become accustomed to the CrossMark pop-up functionality. Click on a link below for a high resolution version of a logo

Scale the CrossMark logo so that it fits near the article title. To ensure legibility, do not size the circular portion of the logo smaller than 24pt.

For guidelines on how to use the CrossRef logos, please review the CrossRef branding guidelines. To download, right click with your mouse on the logo and then choose "Save Image As" or "Save Picture As" and choose a location to save the file.

Logo Don'ts

  • Do not alter the relative size of any of the elements comprising the logos.
  • Do not alter the spatial relationship of the elements to each other.
  • Do not print the elements of the logos in different colors.
  • In general, do not use any of the elements by themselves as illustrative art of graphics.
  • Do not run the logos over a coarse-screen or a pattern that interferes with the ability to read the signature.
  • Do not use drop shadows with any of these elements.
  • Do not screen any of these elements.
