Clinical observation on the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis with acupuncture

摘要

目的

观察针刺治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效。

方法

将90 例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为两组。 治疗组45 例采用针刺治疗; 对照组45 例采用多潘立酮片治疗。

结果

4 个疗程后, 治疗组总有效率为91.1%, 对照组总有效率为64.4%, 两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

结论

针刺是治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的有效方法。

Abstract

Objective

This study was to observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis.

Methods

Ninety patients with diabetic gastroparesis were randomly allocated into 2 groups, a treatment group (45 subjects) to receive acupuncture treatment, and a control group (45 subjects) to take domperidone tablet.

Results

Four treatment courses later, the total effective rate was 91.1% in the treatment group and 64.4% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).

Conclusion

The diabetic gastroparesis responds well to acupuncture treatment.
