Clinical study on treatment of hypertrophic scar by acupuncture

针刺治疗增生性瘢痕的临床研究

Abstract

Objective

To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture treatment for hypertrophic scar.

Methods

Eighty patients with hypertrophic scar were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases in the treatment group were treated by acupuncture plus ultrasonic therapy, and the control group was treated by topical application of Mebo Scareducer Ointment plus ultrasonic therapy.

Results

The total effective rate was 93.9% in the treatment group and 77.8% in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.01).

Conclusion

Acupuncture plus ultrasonic therapy is effective in treating hypertrophic scar.

摘要

目的

观察针刺治疗增生性瘢痕的临床疗效。

方法

80 例患者随机分为两组, 治疗组40 例给予针刺配合超声波治疗, 对照组给予美宝瘢痕平外涂配合超声波治疗。

结果

治疗组总有效率为93.9%, 对照组为77.8%, 两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。

结论

针刺配合超声波治疗增生性瘢痕有良好的治疗效果。
