If you are applying to register your content and deposit metadata and DOIs, please be sure to read the member obligations first. Or if you only want to query metadata, continue to the form now.
To deposit metadata you need to apply to be a member which would allow you to register your content and DOIs, and vote in our board elections. See the membership terms for more info. To retrieve metadata via one of our APIs with service guarantees, review our metadata-delivery options, which also include open/free interfaces that don’t need any registration.
This question helps decide whether you’ll be a regular voting member, or whether you will be solely representing others.
Even if you publish your own content, you may also wish to undertake membership activities and obligations on behalf of other publishers, including registering content and paying fees.
We need a minimum of three different individuals at your organization for these five purposes. The billing contact will receive invoices, the voting contact will vote in the board election each November, the business contact will receive important strategic information about products and services, the technical contact will receive anything requiring platform updates or API work, and the metadata quality contact will receive detailed reports such as errors in metadata deposits or conflicts with other records.
You can use the ‘next’ and ‘back’ buttons to make any edits to your application.
Please review the membership terms.
